Terms and Conditions of filly89 AUCTIONS - Public Online Auction Bidding:

1. Bidding on an item indicates your understanding and acceptance of the Terms of Sale, including the obligation to pay for purchased items.
2. All bidders are strongly urged to preview PHOTOS before bidding.
3. All bidders must be registered as a bidder prior to bidding on an item.
4. This is a Consignment Lot Auction. filly89 AUCTIONS and their representatives do not claim any expertise.
5. All items are Offered and Sold "As Is, Where Is". While we take care to describe and/or photo an item condition, any condition statement is given as a courtesy and is only an opinion and should not be treated as statement or fact; Making NO EXPRESS or IMPLIED WARRANTIES or GUARANTEES. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or is completely free from wear & tear, imperfections or effects of aging.
6. Buyer's Premium is 18%.

Payment:

1. Payment is due for your item(s) upon receipt of invoice. All sales are final. For your convenience, PayPal payment shall be invoiced upon end of sale unless prior payment arrangements with filly89 AUCTIONS have been agreed upon.
2. All lots must be paid for prior to scheduled pickup or shipping.
3. Bidding will begin at price set by auctioneer. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw a lot for any reason and to void any sale in the event of an error.
4. Bidding on an item indicates your understanding and acceptance of the Terms of Sale, including the obligation to pay for purchased items.
5. Any Lot not paid for within (7) days of the Auction date will be considered abandoned property. Any Lot not picked up within (14) days of the Auction date will be considered abandoned property, and will be disposed of by preference of filly89 AUCTIONS.
6. Photos and descriptions posted are the sole property of filly89 AUCTIONS. No photo or description may be used without prior written approval.

Shipping Terms:

1. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges. Upon request we will give a shipping price quote, best by email to include your shipping address. filly89 AUCTIONS will do its best to ship items in a timely manner and we gladly combine items for Shipping savings.
2. Most shipments will be mailed via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or FedEx.
3. NOTE: Due to MA covid-19 Guidelines - ALL lots can be shipped to you unless prior arrangements are approved prior to invoicing. Local pickup may be available for this auction through contactless appointments. Please contact us prior to invoicing regarding pickup appointments. Thank you for your understanding.
4. filly89 AUCTIONS is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We make every effort to keep the costs of shipping and handling to a bare minimum.
