Part 1. This one is for the record books. There is so much and it is so tight in this tiny little home that we have to adjust the sales techniques in which we will hold this sale.

There is literally thousands of items in this house. Every inch of the house has been taken up with very unique and amazing collectibles, household, etc.
We have decided it would take a couple of sales to liquidate this house, as we have not even finished emptying out the closets, curios, display cabinets and kitchen cabinets. There is just no room to put anything else out. Plus, we still have tons of jewelry to display at our Part 2 Sale..
We will be scheduling appointments. We are going to schedule 12 customers at a time, as we can only allow 12 people at a time in the house.
When we schedule your appointment time, you will have 45 minutes to shop, then you will be asked to check out and the next 12 will enter and shop for 45 minutes, so on and so on.
At the time you checkout, you may get back on the list to re-enter. You will be given another appointment time if any are available. You will only be able to re-enter, once everyone on the schedule list has had his or her turn.
I will start my scheduling beginning at 8:00am and schedule 12 customers at 8, 12 @ 9, 12@10, and so on until the day is full up to 1:00pm. This way, you do not need to sit and wait to get in, you can come at your scheduled time. ** If you come early, you will not be able to get in.
To get on the list, please text or call 985-960-7914 (See restrictions below) and I will put you on the schedule in the order in which I receive them. You will be sent the address before the sale day.

If you have any small boxes, please bring them with you, that would be great, as there are many many small items to box. A lot of breakables.....
There will be several pieces unavailable for sale on Tuesday for Part 1, but will be available for Part 2.
My plan is to have Part 1 on Tuesday, Nov 6th, then Restock Wednesday and Thursday, and have part 2 on Friday, Nov 9th
We have everything from Fenton, Westmoreland, Capodimonte, Hummel, Black Americana, Victorian Sculptures and Figurines.
Roosters, Chickens, Pigs, Turkeys.... and so on.....

The Thomasville Queen Bedroom Suite will be available for sale, but is not located at this house. We will pre sell the Bedroom Suite prior to the sale if anyone is interested. Interested parties can schedule an appointment to view.
This is a Thomasville Extremely Heavy Bedroom Suite. The suite includes the Queen Headboard, Footboard, side rails and queen adjustable mattress and boxspring, with remote. Dresser with Mirror (Dresser has deep drawers and the 2 top drawers are felt lined. Chest of Drawers with deep drawers and 2 Night Stands.
This Bedroom Suite was purchased at the Thomasville Store in Destin Florida for approximately $12,000.00.
Estate Sale price is $3,000.00 and it will includes delivery if you live near or around Madisonville. (If you do not want delivery or the adjustable mattress and box spring, the price will be lowered to $2,500.00
