Please take note, that we do not pre sell items before the sale and do not quote pricing information
We are not responsible for customer parking. Please be courteous and law abiding when it comes to parking. Street MUST always remain clear for school buses and garbage trucks. Illegal parking will not be tolerated and you may be ask to leave if parking laws are not obeyed.
We do not assist in the moving and loading of large items that are purchased. You must be able to make an appointment for pickup and bring the appropriate moving materials necessary to safely remove the item from the home. IE, Hand Truck, Dollies, Blankets, Tools and of course the most important thing "Muscle".. We will not allow you to remove an item without proper equipment and help. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Sale Description

This is our Little Bit of this and Little Bit of that Sale. Yes, 12 rooms of it! We have a client that needs her Moms house clear out!. We have a lot a vintage smalls and some vintage furniture for you who love to re purpose furniture. Tons of smalls.. Our clients Mother enjoyed collecting Angels and Christmas Santas. You will enjoy shopping through 12 rooms, with such a variety to choose from. Pick up a Santa or 2 and save for Christmas, which at the rate time flys, will be here before you know it.

Thursday, May 30th starting at 8:00am till Noon.

** This is a Pick, Pile, Price and Pay Sale where only the larger furniture and collectables are priced. Everything else will be priced at register. Everything Must Go so everything will be prieced to sell.

This will be worth the itty bitty extra 20 minute drive from the Pinnacle Pkwy Exit, Covington to Loranger.

Bailey Loop is a tight road, please park on only 1 side of the road. Kevin will be there to assist in Parking. Do not block or park in the shoe driveway please.

You will take the Robert Exit then North approx 6 Miles.
