Please take note, that we do not pre sell items before the sale and do not quote pricing information
We are not responsible for customer parking. Please be courteous and law abiding when it comes to parking. Street MUST always remain clear for school buses and garbage trucks. Illegal parking will not be tolerated and you may be ask to leave if parking laws are not obeyed.
We do not assist in the moving and loading of large items that are purchased. You must be able to make an appointment for pickup and bring the appropriate moving materials necessary to safely remove the item from the home. IE, Hand Truck, Dollies, Blankets, Tools and of course the most important thing "Muscle".. We will not allow you to remove an item without proper equipment and help. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Sale Description

We usually don't get them this big, but boy this family left us quite a bit to sell in this 6000 sq ft home. We have some really really nice things. We have to liquidate all the contents of this Gorgeous home with a 3 car garage.

Friday, June 21st, starting at 8:00am and running to 1:00pm with our 1/2 off hour starting at Noon.

We do not give out pricing information or pre sell any item to anyone before the sale. You must attend the sale to purchase.

Lets talk about parking. We must park on only 1 side the Road, the garbage truck must pass. I am hoping that the grass on the property will be dry enough for us to park. We will let you know when you arrive.

Revised>>>> We moved all the items that are for sale from the outer Garage to the house Garage. Its a long walk and way to hot to have customers walking out there.
