Pick Up is scheduled for Thursday, August 5th, from 8:30am till 2:00pm. By Appointment Only.

Sales tax of 8.70% will be charged and a 6% Buyers fee will be added due to the increased costs. *Buyers fee will be waived for those who pay cash, but not the sales tax.

EMG is not responsible for your bidding results. Please be sure you understand how to bid. If you bid within the last minutes of the sale, the items time will be extended by 5 minutes each time a bid is placed and continues until the someone gives up and wins.

WINNING BIDDERS: By Bidding: you agree to make a commitment to follow through on payment and pick up . If you do not follow through with making an appointment and pick up and/or make contact with EMG within 24 hours after the sale, your Invoice may be cancelled, your item(s) will be sold to next highest bidder and you will no longer be able to purchase in the future from EMG. Communication is the Key..

We DO NOT assist in the moving and loading of large items that you purchase. You MUST bring appropriate moving materials necessary to safely remove the item from the home, Hand Truck, Dollies, Blankets, Tools and of course the most important thing "Muscle".. We will not allow you to remove an item without proper equipment and help. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Not abiding by the terms and conditions of Online Sales with EMG Estate Sales will forfeit your right to bid and purchase from us in the future. Your account will be suspended, blocked and or reported to other Estate Sale Companies

Pick Up: Thursday, August 5th from 8:30am till 2:00pm. By Appointment Only - *Alternate days may be available for the pick up of Furniture Only. Please contact Denise prior to bidding.

Interested in delivery? If you need help with delivery of furniture or large items, we have a reasonably priced Delivery Company that will be happy to get you a quote before you bid. Please give me at least 6 hours to get you a quote.

**When bidding on estate sale items, please note, that you are bidding on pre-owned used items. Items will have flaws, minor scratches, and may need additional cleaning and or minor repair. All items have been tested and all are in working condition unless notated in the items description. Please read the items details for more information about each piece and or ask questions BEFORE bidding.

Your Invoice will direct you to the Appointment Calendar where you can schedule your own appointment time on the date mentioned above.
