Real Estate Terms:
• All Bidders must be registered to participate in today’s Auction.
• Property is offered asis/whereis with ZERO contingencies to close.
• When applicable current warranties will convey.
• Winning bidder has 30 days to close on the property.
• A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning bid.
• Winning Bidder is required to submit a deposit of $10,000.00 US Dollars
at the fall of the hammer which is non-refundable if winning bidder fails to perform.
Winning bidder will immediately proceed to the registration desk to
sign contract and present a check in the amount of $10,000.00 to DeSoto
Abstract Title Company.
• The Seller will provide a Title Insurance Policy at Seller’s Cost to the Winning Bidder.
Real Estate Agents must announce their association with their bidders
prior to the auction in writing (via provided form) to Complete Auctions
and Estate Sales, Inc.

Registration and another preview will begin at 9am the day of the auction. Auction
will begin at 10:00am. In order to participate in the Auction, the
bidder registration requirements are as follows; 1) Bidder must produce a
cashier's check made out to the bidder own person of $10,000.00 (if the
bidder is the wining bidder they will merely sign the check over to the
Auction or Title Company the day of the Auction. 2) Bidder must produce
a verification of funds in the amount to cover the entire cost of the
winning bid. 3) Bidder must be able to close the transaction within 5
days of the sale. Winning Bidder will pay a 10% Buyers Premium on top of
the hammer price.
For the personal property portion of the Auction the bidder must be a
registered bidder with a valid driver's license. All items should be
removed the day of the sale. The sale is subject to a 15% Buyer's
Premium, and a 7% Sales Tax. We will update the photos as we go and we
