Please note that the house is occupied by our client. We appreciate your excitement about our sales and love that you want to arrive early, however please be mindful of this and hangout at the end of the driveway. Once we arrive you can arrange yourselves as you normally would. If you'd like to keep a list go for it but we will not police the list, that is up to you. We will however, not allow entrance to anyone who we witness isn't being cool. Be cool!

Also, as normal we will allow in ten people to start. When those ten people settle down we will allow in five more, after that it will be one person in, one person out. If you don't like standing in line we advise you come after the morning rush, 11am is probably a safe time to arrive and avoid a line. We make no promises however!

You enter the premises of the sale at your own risk. By entering the premises of the above stated estate – you agree to exempt Succor Estate Sales and the owners/trustees of the estate from any and all liabilities in relation to accidents and injury you might incur.
