All Sales are Final, No Returns. All items sold as is and with no guarantees or warranties. Cash/ credit-debit cards for purchases over $50.00 only. Sorry, no checks will be accepted.. No large purses will be allowed in the home Please bring help to load large items. Grasons Co and the homeowner are not responsible for accidents in or around the home. We charge sales tax. All items must be removed at the close of sale. Sign in sheet will be posted one hour before start of sale.
