*You will be required to sign two waivers to enter the premises- one for covid-19 and one for general liability.
*You will be also required to have your temperature taken to enter the premises. If you refuse, you will be denied entry.
*Credit Cards and Cash Only. All sales are final and Items sold as is where is.
*Sales tax will be charged on all purchases. If you are a dealer, please bring a copy of your reseller’s permit to the sale, or else we will have to charge you sales tax.
*No handbags, purses, or backpacks. If you have any of these items, we kindly ask that you return them to your car. Wallets only. Open boxes are encouraged.

Sale Description

Please note that this is an appointment-only sale due to extremely limited parking. We are taking two appointments every 45 minutes, and you will have 30 minutes to shop the sale. Again, this is due to parking restrictions. Please do not show up if you do not have an appointment, as you will not be let in. If you do make an appointment, do not bring anyone else with you on your appointment, as they will not be let in.

This week's sale is in a 1960's house that is up in the hills of Glendale. Come for the deals and admire the spectacular view while you are there. The woman of the home built it in 1963 and bought most everything in it during that era. She had unique taste and purchased quality furniture and accessories. It is a full house and garage of kitschy knickknacks galore, furniture, clothing, and barware. Below are the rooms along with their contents. Everything is priced to move!!

ENTRY

-Vintage poodles of all shapes and sizes, mostly porcelain, including spaghetti porcelain

-Dresden lace porcelain figurines

-Ceramic cherub statue

-Two tufted chairs

-Artwork

-Vintage paper parasol

-Seth Thomas grandfather clock

MASTER BEDROOM

-Many dolls including "Gone with the Wind" dolls in their boxes, Princess Diana and Prince Charles Royal wedding dolls in their boxes

-Perfume bottles and boxes- all vintage

-Sewing machine

-Wooden bedroom furniture set- including a pink tufted headboard, two nightstands, and two dressers

-Large walk-in closet filled with fabulous women's vintage clothing from the 1960's through the 1990's plus some antique clothing. Only some of it has been photographed. We ended up finding boxes of clothing that were buried in the garage after we photographed! Everything is there from tee shirts to dresses. It is quite a mix!
