Thursday sale starts at 9am. Sign up sheet will be available by 9am. Wednesday. Friday sale starts at 10:30am. Sign up sheet will be made available by 10a.m. Saturday sale starts at 8am No sign up sheet. No other sign-up sheet will be honored.
Availability of Items: All items are offered as found and are available on a "first come, first served" basis. Be sure to visit the sale sooner than later and don't expect items to be available after the first few hours of the first day. We are not able to provide availability of an item over the phone or email once the sale starts - we are just too busy helping customers to check stock. Please Note - all items are the private property of our clients and may be withdrawn from the sale at any time.
Pricing and Discounts: We are not able to quote prices over the phone or email. Thank you for your understanding. We MAY DISCOUNT on any given day of the sale but do not expect an automatic 50% discount on the last day. No sale items are to be considered subject to automatic price reductions or discounts. Some items WILL NOT be subject to discounts. This restriction on discounts applies to vehicles, vessels, fine jewelry, case items, items covered under a separate consignment agreement and items stated as "reserved" or "reserved pricing".
Payment: For most our sales, we accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express and most Bank Debit cards - No Checks, No Deposits. Card transactions are subject to our merchant bank services being available during the sale hours. We do not do holds, exchanges, returns, or refunds. You must pay at the time of the sale. Please bring your own bag, boxes and packing materials for items purchased.
Sales Tax: All sales are subject to 8.00% California sales tax. Buyers submitting a valid I.D. with a legitimate Sales and Use Tax Permit (a.k.a. "Seller's Permit") or Tax Exempt Certificate are exempt from California sales tax .
Purchases: If your unable to remove purchases prior to close of sale or If you cannot pick-up the item by the end of the sale. Valued Treasures reserves the right to resell any item not picked up by time agreed upon and no refund will be given. Please bring your own boxes and packing materials.
Accessibility: All buyers and attendees attend our events at their own risk. Participants are responsible for their own safety. No Children under 14 without adult supervision and No Pets (dogs, cats, birds, rodents, reptiles) are allowed inside our events. We will attempt to accommodate disabled persons whenever possible however, not all of our sale locations are ADA compliant. Most of our sale locations have steps or stairs, tile floors, multiple levels or floors, uneven pavement or grounds, narrow hallways and the potential for obstacles and trip hazards created by sale items. Observe all signage that restricts access to areas of our client's home or property. Failure to adhere to access restrictions, barrier fencing and the privacy of our clients will result in removal of a participant from the sale event. Seller and Valued Treasures LLC are not liable for any damages to any persons and/or properties inside the home or outside the home.
The above terms and conditions amends any prior Valued Treasures LLC Terms and Conditions and any previous advertised statement regarding our sales.
