Conducting business threw out the greater New York City and Long Island area. Our business is focused on public sales of personal property at the owner’s premises. Our services include advertising, sorting, researching, staging, pricing and conducting the actual sale of your items. Let our professional team assist you in sorting out what can be disguarded or sold for the best price possible. Depending on your needs, we can also make arrangements for donations to charitable organizations or clean out services.
Usually, there is no upfront cost to you or your estate. Our fee is a percentage of the total sale amount, with the percentage being determined prior to finalizing the contract. It will be based on several factors, including the size of the estate and how much work will be involved to prepare and conduct the sale.
