We have operated as East Tennessee Estate Liquidators originating in East Tennessee , since 2008 and we love our Job.
East Tennessee Estate Liquidators are expanding into the Clearwater Florida area to help raise the bar for estate sale companies of the area,
The Guys Professional Estate Liquidators. “AKA” East Tn Estate Liquidators is know as the Estate Sale Company With Compassion and we are very proud of that. We are bringing our Southern Charm and Hospitality to The Clearwater and surrounding areas.

Our company offers two types of Estate sale to meet every need.
*Professional / Elite Estate sales
* Traditional Estate Sales.

* Professional / Elite Estate Sales, is for the customers who need records for probate attorneys, or would like to know what and how much items sold for. This brings peace of mind to families with multiple members who will be dividing the proceeds.
When customers purchase items they are entered into our Point of Sale (POS), just like any department store (Computer). The client gets a detailed report after the sale with what was sold. and how much it sold for.
Probate Attorneys love this as there is no doubt about what sold and what didn’t sale.

*Traditional Estate Sales during a Traditional Estate Sale, all items are being rang up in categories on cash registers with the client receiving a printout of the amount sold in each category.
Sales are in listed in one of the following categories.

#3. Kitchen Items including Small Appliances and Accessories
#4. Bedroom Furniture and Accessories

this is a simpler more convenient way to handle the sale for all involved. This sale would be for smaller estates or estates where probate isn’t required.

We have been in business since 2008 and we love our Job. From the moment you sign the contract you have to do nothing else in the house, simply walk away and leave everything to us.. We clean everything, organize, and price everything in the house to prepare it for a Professional, and Successful Estate Sale.
We can even arrange for a charity to pick up the remaining items that did not sale. Then our team will sweep the house clean and you will receive a check and your reports within 5 days. As always initial consultations are FREE.
