Re . Letter of recommendation

I had the honor of being a client of ScW here recently as January 2022 due to my dear husband passing last year and was overwhelmed with a lot of stuff and emotions I knew I needed help and finally decided to find a business that could help me get rid of so many things that truly were making it harder for me to get through the grief process so suggested by my therapist I did .
I called the fisted ones on a website that advertised for this type of business and emailed maybe 4 or 5 . Within 24 hours I would say about 3 had reached out to me to chat and see if they would be able to help . After the last call I got I think the 3rd one I didn’t have one doubt who I would go forward with and here is why :
1. the lady I talked to was upbeat as well as positive and ambitious
2. The manager \ owner, Clay Who I have come to know now as the founder and leader . Was also upbeat and positive as well as anxious to help no matter what I said he said we can help . Ok I thought there is way too much stuff in this two story home mostly what Jim happened to collect . He said not any issue . So I hung up and as I said I knew right after that conversation what I would do .

I Called them back and said when can we start and how much does it cost ( I was just convinced I had a huge bill to pay and anxiously waiting he said ah not too much ( after they saw pictures ?
He advised me of a upfront amount, I took a breath of relief then told me about the labor and percentage I said ok and then how much more after done he said laughing why ,? None he replied . I thought this is surely too good to be true I mean this house and garages 3 may I add are so full I said ok I think you may change your mind when you come here Laughing I got your pictures he said I’ll see you on the date we planned and I’ll have Amber with me and maybe one other person . We are gonna do a walk around and sit and talk go over paper work and see if you are sure you want to go forth , I thought to myself what if they come and don’t wanna help what will I do then after telling the others I had made up my mind .
Anxiously waiting the day came and the youthful looking group 3 arrived and full of life they toured all over the property and then we sat down in living room and I felt so connected right away I was so so worried they were going to say it’s too much and we cannot help or something. Not at all !! They said we can help and went over some paperwork I read and signed which included the information they told me over phone ( They did say that the amount may change a little bit based on the walk-through if it was a lot different than the pictures, but it did not) I paid xxx amount that day upfront And as agreed the other would come out later on unless there were some unexpected expenses that maybe would come up, and some did but still not close To the amount I expected . Renee my niece had to pay some people to pack her up when she relocated as a teacher and moved one state over that was what I was thinking about the entire time . How can this group do all this work for such little money . ( I didn’t realize the sales and marketing ability groups like this had ) I thought it would be basically just putting a price on something’s and selling it for what they could get. Before we even had to sale one of the young ladies had already sold like five pieces of furniture to someone and I was so shocked I split it with them as a tip . I had no idea it would bring that much. Anyway I know I’m rambling but we had to sell so much and they helped me beyond imagination get through a very hard time dealing with his family, probate court and all of that stuff. The amount the sale brought was triple the amount I thought possible and still didn’t think for what all they did that the percentage I agreed to was enough for there help ! They were lifesavers . I think I got my part like 10 days or less as agreed and again I was so happy Anyone who is searching for a liquidator they are going to be your rescuer and life boat ! I know I went into a lot of detail unsolicited may I add .
