I write to thank you and to express our appreciation for the WONDERFUL job you did for us at our estate sale held on February 28 - March 2nd (2013) The decision to move to an independent living apartment at the Morningside Ministries Menger Springs Campus here in Boerne, TX was not an easy decision, but it was a necessary decision due to our health You made a difficult time very enjoyable and we cannot thank you enough.
First of all, your delightful attitude and helpful spirit made us feel most comfortable with our selling our "precious" treasures We were able to trust you and to entrust the entire process into your capable hands.
Your employees all displayed the same happy servant demeanor while working so hard to have everything displayed and priced on time and then regrouping the displays as items were purchased and the remaining items were displayed anew
Your contract was clear and we knew exactly what you would do and what we were expected to do The advertising that you did helped to maintain a steady stream of customers throughout the three days of the sale At the end of the sale you provided a computer printout of every item(s) sold with the price beside it Having a dealer to come in at the end and purchase the remaining items on a room by room basis was a special blessing We did not want to have to haul off remaining items to some resale place.
Let me just say, as Don Meredith would say, "YOU DID GOOD!" We highly recommed you and your company to anyone considering an Estate Sale or a sale for any reson You will be a blessing to them!
