Laura was instrumental in our ability to smoothly move our mom across the country this spring. She answered all our (unending) questions with patience and kindness. I am located out of state, so she assessed the house and the scope of work from photographs and then we did a facetime call so we could all "meet" before signing the contract. Her team was efficient, fast, kind and effective during the actual liquidation. She found a few hidden gems amidst the mountains of belongings we were disposing. The detailed statements you receive after liquidation and then the price for items sold are very helpful. It's clear that liquidation is a highly effective way to recoup revenue on belongings in comparison to a traditional estate sale. We more than covered both the cost of the liquidation itself and mom's move across country from the proceeds. Our project included the sale of a very old but low mileage car, which was another bonus! The home, garages, shed, yard, and gazebo were all completely cleaned, cleared out, and left in excellent condition. Early this year, I decided that it was time to sell my house. My grown children live in other states and are busy with their work. I didn’t have anyone who could help. I asked for recommendations from my realtors to downsize. They told me I had to hire three separate companies to downsize and clean out everything before selling my house. On top of that, I also needed to hire a painter and a carpet company to update my house. It was a very stressful situation for me.

I started researching estate sale companies online. I came across a company called “Miller Estate Solution & Services Inc”. Their services looked exactly what I was looking for. I submitted an online service request. I heard back from the owner, Laura Miller, within a couple of days. I sent over some pictures so she could understand my needs and the scope of the project. After confirming that they could do the project for me, I received their service contract within a short time. On the contract, it detailed what they would do with my stuff and how they were going to charge me as well as how they paid me when the sale was made. I signed the contract and paid a deposit to secure the service date.

As of today, I still consider myself very lucky to find Laura Miller and her company. Their help saved me so much time and headaches so I could achieve my goal of selling the house. Their services definitely fit my needs. Laura Miller is one of the nicest persons I have ever worked with. Her company was truly a one-stop shop for estate needs. Workers came to my house on time. They were professional and hard working. They handled everything with care. My house was completely empty after they finished their work. Dumpster was removed the next day. I also appreciate the detailed expenses for tax purposes, the master list of donations and the list of items that would be put on sale and auction. There were no hidden fees.
