We wanted to send this letter to let you know how much we appreciate what you did for us after our sister and mother passed. We felt helpless until we stumbled across your estate sale when we were desperately trying to figure out what to do with all of our loved one's belongings. Coming from four (4) different states we were struggling with how to get ready for a sale so quickly and how to price the various items that we had to dispose of.

Again thank you for jumping right in, organizing the items so well and setting them up in such an orderly fashion. We couldn't have done it without you.

You went above and beyond with little to work with you went into the home, removed everything left in cabinets, closets, garage, and outside shed; staged the home for the sale in such a manner that drew many buyers. You advertised, posted on the internet and placed signs throughout the neighborhood.

The time and effort you put forth for the sale was awesome! Your professional manner from start to finish was exceptional. No clean-up for the family, you took care of everything even disposing of items left over from the sale. Proceeds from the sale were received within a few days of the end of the sale.

We would recommend your service to anyone looking for a professional, honest, friendly and hard-working company. You made a difficult time for our family a no hassle and worry free experience.

Matt and I would like to personally thank you you for all your hard work on Friday and Saturday. But most of all for thinking of WAHS when you decided to do a fund raiser. Not sure what the ending total were but you guys are so thoughtful. Matt just unloaded the truck and trailer this morning. They are amazing! I had no idea where to start with my mom and dad's house. I live over 3 hours away and it was so full of "Stuff" it was overwhelming. They met with me and calmed my fears. Prior to the sale they kept me up to date with organizing and planning of the scheduled weekend for the estate sale. They set aside family photos they found and also found my dad's long lost music book. They had at least 20 tables set up with all the "stuff" and it was so well prepared throughout my parent's house. The signs for the sale were everywhere and bright pink, you couldn't miss them! The turnout was way more than I expected. Then if that isn't exhausting enough my "Super Girls" loaded up what was remaining and took loads to the thrift store for donation. They mailed the check the next day. All I can say is WOW! You are amazing!

"The girls" were absolutely professional, kind and hard working. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to liquidate any sized estate. We had the overwhelming task of emptying out our parents home of 20 years that we hadn't seen in several years, and get it ready for a realtor. My sister and I live over a 1000 miles away. We were going to fly in for 5 days to get the job done, impossible. Thankfully we came across Susie, Lake Havasu Estate Sales were a LIFE SAVER!!! Cautious about trusting strangers in our home, and that the job would get done after we went home was a big concern. The girls are seasoned professionals. Very hard working, creative displays and staging for the sale. They did everything they said they would and more. Kept in touch with progress and pictures.

Your efforts far exceeded our expectations and hard time in my life. We know that we would not have come close to the financial outcome you produced had we done it ourselves. You spent long hours preparing for our estate sale. I came back into Lake Havasu just a couple days before the sale was to take place. Even though your sale process had been described to me, I was still amazed when I walked into Dad's home. Susie and her team were recommended to me by another real estate agent. So I passed their information along to my clients who had just inherited a property with all the interior belongings.

They went in and cataloged, priced and staged the property. After the sale, they went above and beyond to help remove what remained.

Lake Havasu Estate Sales saved the day for us. We downsized from two homes to one home in Lake Havasu, AZ., and had a lot of furniture, sporting equipment, clothes, pictures, etc., we no longer needed or had room to store. (To say the least we had rented a huge storage unit for all the extras.) After unpacking and repacking boxes upon boxes, and moving furniture we no longer had the motivation or energy to do a garage sale so we found the “Lake Havasu Estate Sales”. The girls met us at our storage unit, saw what we had, and instead of saying it was too much work, they convinced us they could sell most if not all the items. (This was 2 weeks before Christmas 2013). They spent the entire week arranging and pricing all the items. Their presentation was very impressive and the way they displayed and arranged everything for selling the items very professional. They handled the sales in a very efficient manner as well. The sale was a success.

It was well worth it to hire them. Saved us a lot of stress and I’m sure if we had to do it ourselves, we would not be able to let go of some of the items we no longer needed, but had a sentimental emotion attached to them.

I just wanted to write and let you know how pleased I am with your services on my “hoarder” house. To say theleast, this was a very difficult job. There was not an empty corner in neither the entire house nor the garage. You spent untold hours cleaning, sorting and pricing all the items. Your presentation was incredible given the enormity of items. Given the volume of “shoppers”, you maintained such a professional demeanor for all three days. I know you spent hours each day after sale hours to organize for the next day.
