Kern Estate Liquidators is a 3rd generation Estate Sale Liquidator. I/Ally (Sadler) Wanagitis, owner was born and raised here in Bakersfield. My grandmother owned an Antique Store and Estate Sale company and so did My father. Naturally I fell right into it. In addition, I have been Realtor here in Bakersfield for quiet sometime and work with the elderly community to relocate and downsize for retirement as well as Helping families in time of need when loved ones pass away. I take the stress and worry out of it and make it as easy as it can be for such an impactful change of life. I offer full service Estate Sale Liquidation, meaning that we will handle whatever need you have as part of our service with different packages tailored to your specific needs. We have several large dump trailers, house keeping crews, construction services/escrow repairs, and real estate service packages available.
