* Advertising and promotion of the sale including newspapers ads, web site posting with photos and professional outdoor signage.
* Staffing your sale with qualified, experienced team members.
* No cash up front. Commission comes out of sale proceeds.
* Home will be broom swept clean after completion of the sale.
* All unsold items can be donated to a charitable organization or left on site.
* Full payment within 5 days of sale completion.
* We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
* We provide receipts for all items sold.
