What to Expect:

1. Setting Up: We spend 2-7 days setting up your sale depending on the size of the estate: This includes organizing all of the contents of the property, kitchen and bathroom items, wardrobe and jewelry, collectibles, contents of the garage, home furnishings, outdoor plants, furniture, yard art, etc.

2. Pricing: Our experts price every item in the home or business. Items are researched if necessary. Due to our massive follower base, we can yield more for each item than if you were to try to do this yourself.

3. Marketing the Sale: The details and photos of your sale will be listed on EstateSales.org, Craigslist, BuyWildestDreams.com, both of our company Facebook page that reaches over 9000 people, and sent to our customer email list (5,000+ subscribers). We also put your sale into the local newspaper in your area and use direct mailing when needed.

4. Public Sale: Our sales typically run 2-4 days. Our sales are very unique in that each of our team members has a position at the sale. We have up to 8 employees at each sale for lifting, customer service, cleaning, security, deliveries etc.

5. Clean Up: Our staff will leave the home in very good condition. All trash and boxes will be removed. All floors will be swept and vacuumed and counters wiped down. If there is anything left at the sale, you have the option to either have it picked up, or have us donate it to a local charity on your behalf. (Note: 90% of items are sold durning a 2 day sale)

Our staff is in uniform and professional and friendly. Our company owner is On-Site. We are a family owned business with three generations working for the company. We keep the same staff for each sale.
