Estate Sale Pros offers a professional personal property liquidation service. We are a local company in the south suburbs of Chicago specializing in on-site estate liquidations and downsizing. We also market and sell real estate that is within the estate.
Estate Sale Pros provides free consultation to prospective clients. We are knowledgeable in antiques and collectibles and we’ll research items that need special attention. When the agreement is signed, sale dates and sale preparation dates are set for a two-day public sale.
Our services include on-site organizing, pricing, and displaying items for the sale. Special attention is given to major items that are deemed antiques and/or collectibles. The sale is held in the home which is controlled by our staff for sales and security. Bids can be taken on items and will be accepted if they fall within the item’s price range.
We advertise in local newspapers, on the internet, and we mail flyers and postcards to our regulars and hundreds of others from our mailing list. We will record all sales and reconcile the cash results. We will arrange for the sale and/or disposal of any left over items.
