I honestly can't say enough good things about Chad and his team. They handled one of the most complicated and time consuming sale/clean-outs of a property exceeding expectations at every turn or bump in the road. I would not and will not trust another company with my business.
When I was told the sale would look like a retail display it was exactly that. When I was told the property would be empty it was as empty and clean as it was before the first owner lived there. Chad & his team did an amazing job cleaning out & selling my mom's house. He made sure to sell everything possible (I'm talking everything! Chad did an amazing job with our clean-out and sale. It was a larger job than I could ever have done, and he put in a lot of work organizing and advertising the sale. It was a huge success, and he left the condo entirely cleaned out, spic and span. Attentive to many little details and requests; he also had good advice for us. Good communication with photo updates. Highly recommended!

After our father passed away, my sister and I were left with the difficult task of dealing with his property in Two Rivers. We both live out of state and have young families, so there was no way we could have handled the cleanup and sale ourselves.
Working with Chad was one of the best decisions we made during the entire process. The property required a tremendous amount of work, and Chad took what felt like an overwhelming situation and turned it into a manageable one. He was professional, honest, reliable, and incredibly knowledgeable from start to finish.
Since this was our first time dealing with an estate, we had a lot of questions and uncertainty. Chad was always willing to share his experience, explain our options, and offer advice that went well beyond what we expected.
