I hired Brooks & Moore to sell the contents of my home. They did an excellent job. Tom Brooks was extremely thorough and sold every item including mundane things like t-shirts, an iron, small mirrors, etc. Even though many of the major items of my home were moved to my new home and this was not a major sale, Tom treated it as if it was a major sale. He went over and beyond the call of duty - cleaning my house even though not asked to do so – provided detailed receipts for every item sold – and there was no damage to my house even though large appliances, a treadmill and a heavy bedroom set were removed.
