My sister;'s husband passed on before she did, and she could no longer live alone in their Port Ludlow residence. We moved her into an adult family home nearer us in Edmunds, WA. Once we took what we desired from the house, I handed Lisa the key and she did the rest: sorting and setting aside family items and financial records we have overlooked, tiding messy rooms and a huge very messy garage, staging and photography of rooms and items, and doing a knock-out estate sale that exceeded our expectations in attendees, quality, and income.
