About Turning Point Estate and Downsizing Services
We will maximize your profit while providing a stress-free experience. We offer both traditional estate sales and on-line sales. Often we can run an estate sale followed by an auction to ensure the house is completely empty of all sellable items. We also offer clean outs and trash removal. We also work with local charitable organizations.
We promise to manage your estate or downsizing sale in a professional and companionate manner while using our proven system to maximize your profit. Our experienced and professional staff will organize, stage, photograph, research and price each item in order to maximum value. We execute a first class sales with no up-front fees nor hidden charges.. We simply mail you a check or wire the proceeds within 5 business days. A full sale summary is also provided. We are fully insured protecting our clients from liability concerns.
We understand this is a difficult and hectic time and the process can be overwhelming. Our trained staff will do whatever it takes to meet your unique needs and time frame in order to provide a seamless and timely transition.
