At AEP Estate Liquidation, we provide two comprehensive services to help individuals and families during life transitions, downsizing, and clearing out homes. We specialize in both Estate Sale Liquidation and Home Organizing & Downsizing Support.

1. Estate Sale Liquidation
We offer a full-service estate sale liquidation designed to handle all aspects of your sale with professionalism and care. Whether you are downsizing, moving, or dealing with an estate, our team works hard to maximize the value of your items and ease the process.

What We Do:
Free Consultation: We meet with you to assess your needs and develop a tailored plan.
Estate Sale Setup: Our team will organize and display items for sale in your home.
Advertising & Promotion: We handle marketing your sale, including online promotion, local advertising, and social media.
Sale Day Management: We run the sale, including pricing, customer interactions, and final negotiations.

Post-Sale Cleanout (Optional):
After the sale, we offer cleanout services to remove any unsold items, trash, or unwanted goods from the property. This service incurs an additional fee ranging from $1,500 to $3,000, depending on labor, time, and any specific needs.
To avoid the additional cleanout fees, we recommend that you reach out to local charities in your neighborhood for a pickup of any unsold goods prior to the sale. This can help ensure that your unwanted items find a new home and benefit others in your community.
Please note that this cleanout service only covers unsold items and does not include any house cleaning or general tidying services.
If you choose to have us handle the removal of unsold items, the cleanout fee must be approved and paid for prior to the sale. We will ensure that your home is cleared of remaining goods after the sale.

Proceeds Payment:
After the estate sale, we take a commission ranging from 35% to 50%, based on the volume, work, and time involved. The exact commission percentage will be agreed upon prior to the sale and will be clearly outlined in our contract. You do not pay anything upfront, and our payment is made directly from the sale proceeds.

Note: For homes with occupied tenants or living estate liquidations, we do not offer services. We also do not offer buy outs or sales from storage facilities.

2. Home Organizing & Downsizing Support
If you need help sorting, organizing, and purging belongings but do not require a full estate sale, we offer in-home organizing and downsizing services. Our team will assist with organizing your items, creating systems that make it easier for you to manage your belongings.

What We’ll Help With:
Sorting and categorizing items
Organizing and creating functional systems for storage
Light cleaning and tidying of spaces
Please note that clients are responsible for arranging donations, trash removal, and any item disposal. We will not handle the transportation of items to charities or disposal locations.

Pricing:
$35 per hour (3-hour minimum)
Prepayment required to reserve your session
Additional hours can be added on-site as needed
