From the first phone call, Kristy was friendly, professional, and kind during a difficult time. They assessed the situation and then provided me with the logistics of how the sale would proceed. They items in the house were organized and arranged in such a manner as to entice buyers. She sent photos of the house and its contents prior to the sale. The sale was advertised in a number of venues drawing a waiting line before the start time on the first day. They were able to sell and then donate all of the items in his house. Her pricing on dividing the proceeds of the sale was extremely fair based on the amount of work and effort that she and Caronna Collections invested in the estate sale.
She identified items that were of sentimental value and put them aside for me to collect on a future visit. She called when she had questions and acted in a professional and dependable manner making this transition for our family smother than I could have imagined. She went above and beyond. I highly recommend Kristy and Caronna Collections. I cannot say enough about how wonderful their work was and how wonderful they were to work with.

I moved my parents into an Assisted Living community and was left with the task of selling their house, and moving/liquidating its contents. Once an acceptable contract was placed on the house, we had very little time to clear the house prior to closing.

|My parents had lived in this house for more than 35 years and were collectors of antiques, china, decoys, beer steins -- you name it! Needless to say, their four-bedroom house and all its storage areas were piled high with "stuff." Some of the items were valuable and attractive; other items were not. It was overwhelming, and I really didn't know where and how to begin! Kristy and her mother were welcome additions to the process. Exercising great wisdom and sensitivity, they helped create an overall action plan, and began work sorting, organizing, pricing, and displaying items prior to our three-day Estate Sale. Their team of experts and impressive knowledge of the value of all kinds of items made the preparation process go smoothly. And their e-mail contact list of past and current customers (many sorted by item categories of interest), advertising in local and region publications, and signage placed on nearby roads helped draw a crowd of steady customers throughout the three days of the sale. We were pleased with the proceeds of the sale (a figure based on a percentage of the total of all items sold -- this percentage was prearranged as part of the pre-sale agreement, and varies based on the level of service provided after the sale, etc.). Some items were leftover after the sale, and they packed up and removed these items and took them to an auction house and charities of our choice (per our percentage agreement). All in all, I do not know what I would have done without their help. They provided excellent service and were simply wonderful to work with. And they were very trustworthy and honest. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of Estate Sale services.
My step father had passed and he lived in the eastern shore of Marlyland. I live in NJ, being out of state I had no connections to get anything done. There were some minor problems with the house itself and the owner ( Kristy ) helped me get the problems solved. The people she recommended we great. The service she provides is above and beyond.
