In addition to being a licensed auctioneer, our founder is also a dually licensed Realtor®, offering clients the advantage of traditional real estate expertise alongside auction capabilities. This dual licensing—across multiple states including West Virginia and Virginia—allows us to tailor the right strategy for each client, whether through auction, listing, or a combination of both.
