By placing a bid, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that the seller is not liable for any discrepancies once the auction concludes. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review all available information before bidding. No returns or refunds will be accepted unless explicitly stated.

DEFAULT: Payment is due immediately following the auction. Invoices not paid within 7 days will be considered in default, and the following actions will be taken.
1. Bidding Privileges Suspended and Account Blacklisted: Your account will be permanently suspended from bidding or participating in auctions on our platform, as well as across other associated platforms where blacklisting measures may be taken.
2. Resale of Items: In the event of continued non-payment, we will proceed with reselling the items associated with this unpaid invoice. However, it is important to note that even if the items are resold, you will still remain responsible for the following fees:
• 18% Auction Fee: This fee covers the administrative costs and expenses associated with organizing the auction.
• 10% Relisting Fee: This fee covers the costs associated with relisting the items after the initial sale fell through.
• To facilitate the collection process, our collection attorney will add a $250 collection fee, as well as any and all court and filing costs associated with this collection.
