In addition to working 1-1 with people who are downsizing, moving, remodeling and chronically disorganized, JMPO also is an expert in estate organizing. We handle the tangible personal property for probate and trust situations. Hoarding conditions are accepted.

- We handle all property with extreme care and respect.
- All activities are documented and communicated clearly with the administrator.
- We help with location and distribution of items to beneficiaries.
- JMPO can manage the sale of items via an Online Estate Auction. We also handle donation removal or quick Giveaway days to limit expenses
- JMPO can create inventories for large dense storage units, filthy vacant houses, senior apartments, Section 8 housing units and more.

Using our team approach, we enable successor trustees and estate executors to meet their fiduciary duties efficiently and effectively. Let us coordinate with 3rd party vendors, such as locksmiths, cleaning crews, shippers and haulers.

Working hand in hand with trustees and estate executors, JMPO expedites the estate settlement process because we understand what is required to fulfill the duty of care.

Please note that typically we conduct estate sales after also handling the estate sorting, organizing or inventory, rather than a stand alone service. We do not conduct in-person estate sales.
