I have personally known Jennifer and Betsy for over 25 years so there was no question who I would contact when I decided to downsize significantly. They went far above and beyond, not only doing the sale but helping me connect with several people to get my home ready to sell. Because my home was on a dead end street with limited parking, they were careful to give my neighbors plenty of notice and it went very smoothly. They are well staffed (always had two people doing checkout during the morning rush) and worked three long days. I’ve been going to sales for years and understand the frustration of standing in line for 30 minutes to check out because a sale is understaffed-I’ve left sales because of this. Because parking was so tight, they met buyers after hours and even a couple of days after the sale ended to arrange for pick up of large items. They are reasonably priced, found several pieces of gold jewelry that I didn’t know I had (and got it to an auctioneer for me where they thought it would bring more). Honest, hard working and they made a stressful time much less stressful because they are fun to work with. They probably did a lot of other things for me that I’m not even aware of.

When my sister passed away, my Mom decided to move in with us. It was a bittersweet decision, as I was suddenly faced with trying to clear out a house that was stuffed with 40+ years worth of collectibles, appliances, QVC purchases (still in boxes) clothing art and more! I was so verklempt, I didn't even know where to begin. Every room was so packed full it was hard to walk without tripping!

After two months of really hard work, they were able to totally clear my Mom's house out, and we quickly sold it thereafter. It would have taken me a year to go through everything and I am not sure I would have even had the stamina. They literally saved my sanity.
