The Next Chapter, Home Liquidation

Thank you for your interest in my estate sale services! My name is Beth Wallace owner of The Next Chapter, Home Liquidation Services. I assist homeowners who are downsizing, relocating, or those left with an estate to dispose of. Whether there are just a few unneeded pieces or an entire home, I will inventory, price, and sell the items. Any items not sold will be donated when possible or otherwise disposed of.

The end result will be money in the homeowners' pocket, tax-deductible donation receipts, and ultimately a clean, empty home!
Perfect for individuals downsizing, snow-birds permanently relocating, or estate homes ~ anyone moving onto The Next Chapter of their lives!

My process -
I meet with the client and review the contents and unwanted items. Take photos to begin inventorying all items.
Values will be researched (retail and used) to determine a suggested list and sales price
2nd meeting will be to fine-tune the detailed inventory, take photos and measurements for online marketing.
Online sales will run 2-3 wks prior to the in-home sale. In-home sales can be 1-day or 2-day with the 2nd day being a "half-off day", this will depend on the inventory levels after the online sales are complete.
For any items remaining, I can arrange donation pickups and otherwise dispose of items.

Fees -
The fee for the sales is a percentage of the total gross income, generally 30-45%.
Donation arrangements and other disposal services are charged hourly. This can include packing items, meeting pick up services, and/or dropping off.

Additional Services -
For homeowners needing to sell the home, I am a licensed real estate broker. My team can also assist with storage, offer referrals for movers, and Realtors in your destination city, and maintained your un-occupied home until it sells.
