Having made the decision to sell one's estate might be one of the most difficult endeavors anyone could even make. Whether your decision was one made to necessitate downsizing due to a loss of a loved one, placement of a loved one into a health care facility; maybe it is that you are relocating from one city/state to another; perhaps you're getting married, or even a divorce. Whatever your situation and/or circumstance might be, TJ's Estate Sales and Liquidations is here to aid you through this process.
We offer free consultations. Our services include estate "tag" sales, online estate auctions, estate and business liquidations, estate clean out / clean up. We pride ourselves in helping others. TJ's Estate Sales utilizes facebook, Estate-Sales.net, newspapers, flyers, and other signage to advertise your sale. Contracting your estate sale with us, there are no up front fees to contend with. Should you be looking for an Estate Clean up crew, our services are provided on an hourly rate basis. Currently, we do not offer Estate Buyouts.
TJ's Estate Sales & Liquidations is family owned and operated. With over 20 years experience in the sales industry, you will find that we are your best choice. TJ's Estate Sales is operated by Mr. and Mrs. Jason Guyle. In brief, here is a little about ourselves.
Jason- Full time tire builder with Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. I have 30 years experience as a certified EMT; the last 13 years have been as a paramedic. I have served on various volunteer fire departments as a fire fighter / EMT. I enjoy the outdoors - camping, fishing, hunting, nature in general. I love working with wood, building furniture, and cabinetry. I also enjoy getting my camera out and snapping a few random photos now and again. I love taking road trips with my wife, and spending time with our family. Previous work has also included satellite tv sales, installation, and servicing throughout NE Kansas,. I have also done a little construction work as well.Â
Terra- Full time (Undisclosed) Claims Rep. for the past 5 years. I am a US Navy Veteran who has served as a Machinist Mate, and have had wonderful experiences overseas during my enlistment. Altogether, Jason and I have 5 adult children, and three grandchildren. I enjoy photography, reading, traveling, and spending time with our children and grandchildren. I have recently acquired a new hobby of pressure canning...making my own jams, jellies, and preparing foods without the added junk that you would normally find in prepared goods at the stores. We both enjoy getting out on the weekends and spending time at other estate sales, and auctions when we are hosting an event ourselves.
