What details are shown in on my invoices?

Invoices show each item purchased, any additional invoice line items and their associated cost as defined by you, and your company’s name and contact info. You can add a note to each invoice prior to emailing or printing them. This note should contain specific instructions for the user to follow in order to complete the transaction. EstateSales.org does not provide any integrated online payment options at this time, and we act solely as a facilitator between you, the seller, and the buyer. It is up to you as the seller to provide order fulfillment instructions. For example, you may want to include an invoice note that has a pickup time and location, or include instructions on how to pay online, over the phone, or by mail.

If payment details are the same for all invoices, you may bulk select them, click “Email” and you will have the opportunity to enter a note that will be included on all selected invoice emails.
