This auction lot is for a 3 Nights Stay at The Herb Cottage a beautiful country bed and breakfast that is situated on a spacious area of land with trees, herb and flower gardens, a pond, and a hiking trail on the grounds of the former Shady Acres Herb Farm. Enjoy The Herb Cottage with a living room, dining area, bedroom, office, bathroom, and kitchen. There is an outdoor Weber grill, picnic table, and a front porch to enjoy sunsets. Enjoy cooking in the kitchen, relax in the Big Room (living room) that has a queen size sofa bed for extra guests, dining room table with a great view of the pond and gardens, bar area, coat rack, flat panel television. The bedroom has a very comfortable queen-sized bed, television, and a closet. The kitchen is equipped with a KitchenAid convection double oven, gas cooktop in the island, Cuisinart, Keurig, coffee maker, coffee, tea, spices, popcorn machine, slow cookers, pots and pans, and so much more. It is a well stocked kitchen! The office has a desk for laptop use, reading, or writing! Close the door for total privacy. In this room you will find an armoire with extra towels, bedding, and blankets. There are absolutely no neighbors and this makes the cottage very private. At night enjoy hearing the frogs or seeing the lightening bugs and watching sunsets. Within minutes are Dahlgreen Golf Course, Hazeltine National Golf Club, MN Landscape Arboretum, Chaska Curling Center, Valley Fair, Mystic Lake Casino, Waconia wineries, Chaska brewery, orchards, and shops.
