This is a vintage, antique Frank Beardmore & Co. Fenton plate from the "National Emblems" series. The plate features the intricately designed British Royal Arms crest in the center, which includes the iconic lion and unicorn, along with the mottos "DIEU ET MON DROIT" (God and my right) and "HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE" (Shame on him who thinks evil of it). It has an ornate green acanthus leaf and red berry border. Produced in Fenton, England, this earthenware pottery dates to between 1903 and 1913, making it a genuine piece of Edwardian-era English history.
