This piece was created by the son of the sellers who is an Architect and reproduced a Louis Sullivan (teacher of Frank Lloyd Wright)cast of the original terra-cotta ceiling tiles from the Schiller Theater in Chicago that date back to the 1880's. A unique fresco made from what appears to be plaster with a varnish applied to its surface. This unusual piece of art is framed in a lightly stained oak frame with no glass. There is one minor chip on the piece and one small pen mark. It measures approximately 28.5" x 2" x 27"H. Shipping available. Shipping [art] can be costly.
