This Rustic 4'x'6' x 8' Hand-crafted Wood Playhouse was custom-made by Debbie and Brian Pendelton out of materials donated by Builders Forst Source Building Supply. The framed front door allows for privacy and a vinyl working window on back allows for cross breezes when the door is open as well as fresh air when the door is closed. The front has been left natural and the back and sides sport a pine green paint with natural trim. This place sports a steel roof just waiting to patina in rain and sunlight. Imagine reading or meditating in there with the sound of the rain on the roof. - Add a comfy chair and a tiny bookshelf for your Little Bookworm. - Add a beanbag and sneak inside to Surf the Net yourself. - Set this up as a tiny artist studio. - Let your kid be the owner of the 'Coolest' Fort in the neighborhood. The front door overhang allows you to open the door in the elements and stay dry. The quaint front deck allows for a nice spot to grab some shade on a sunny day. Your possibilities are limitless. Make your bid on this sure to popular playhouse and bring home years of backyard joys! Shipping and delivery of the playhouses are the Buyer's Responsibility and will be done at the Buyer's expense. These houses can also be bid on and then donated by the winning bidder if so wished. Your financial donation will benefit the Veterans Healing Fam and should you not want/need the playhouse, consider donating it to a military-family with children, a local Boys/Girls Club, etc.

Preview your Craigslist template- Go to Craigslist and find your city.

- Add your email address and keep it anonymous to prevent spam.

- Click Continue to add photos and publish your sale. You will receive a confirmation email from Craigslist to verify the sale. Activate your sale by clicking the link in your email and your done!
