Satsuma Porcelain Cream & Sugar Hand Painted Japan; The finish is reminiscent of Luster Ware and appears to be hand painted with lots of gold detail and on rims and handles. Really interesting and unique design, colors are vibrant and fresh; Measures: Sugar Bow - 4: high x 5" wide including handles, Creamer - 3.25" high x 3.5" wide including handles; The “foreign†stamp on the bottom indicates these were made in 1923 or before. Considering the age, there’s little paint ware and the gold is still bright.
