Music box first patented in the US on March 1st, 1881 which appears to play 8 separate songs. Does not have identifying sheets stating original maker or list of songs, but all mechanics of the box appear to function properly, if a little stiffly. In very good condition, with one surface scratch on the lid, measuring approximately one and a half inches, and another on the edge of the lid as well as minor signs of wear on the corners. Comes with a leather cover to protect the box. Measures 31" long, 12" deep, and 9" tall.
