BIDDING & REGISTRATION All bidders must register and agree to these Terms and Conditions before placing bids. Bids are binding. Once placed, they cannot be retracted. The auction will begin closing on Sunday, June 29 at 7:00 PM with staggered, soft-close timing (items may extend if bidding continues near close). PAYMENT All items must be paid in full at auction close. Credit/debit cards used to register will be automatically charged after the auction ends. No checks or delayed payment accepted. A 12% buyer’s premium will apply. PICKUP Pickup is Monday, June 30 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Sand Springs location (full address will be provided to winning bidders). Buyers must bring their own help, packing materials, and tools for loading. Items not picked up during the scheduled window may be considered abandoned without refund. SHIPPING No shipping available. Local pickup only. CONDITION OF ITEMS All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Descriptions and photos are provided for guidance but are not guaranteed to be complete or accurate. Buyers are encouraged to review photos and descriptions carefully before bidding. RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY The seller and auctioneer are not responsible for accidents, loss, or damage during pickup. Ownership transfers to the buyer upon payment; buyer assumes all responsibility from that point. DEFAULT & FORFEITURE Failure to pay or pick up during the scheduled time may result in forfeiture of items without refund.
