Two very different but equally stunning pieces of art by renowned Maryland artist Joseph Sheppard. Both are signed, matted and framed. The boat scene piece measures 16†x 18†and appears to be watercolor titled ‘Annapolis Waterfront’. Both frames have rips on paper in back of frame.
