This large antique secretaire is a truly elegant and versatile piece! Made of solid wood in North Carolina by the Drexel Furniture Company it contains an upper 3 compartment display; 2 shelves in each lockable section under glass with key included. The lower section is comprised of 2 small drawers above a cabinet on the left and ditto for the right. The middle section has 3 larger dovetailed drawers and a pull out bureau that contains 6 letter slots with 2 drawers and an open middle cubby hole and a leather topped writing area. See instructions for dismantling in images it will probably need to be taken apart to get out of house. There are some areas of wear that are shown in images also. Measures 15.75” x 55.5” x 84”.
