Lot includes a GS Furniture high top table with one leaf and four high top chairs with padded seats. Chairs measure 20” x 23” x 43.5”H with a 24” seat height and table measures 54” x 54” x 36”H with leaf and 36” x 54” x 36”H without leaf. Table has some scratches and nicks, see pictures. The legs will need to be taken off with a wrench or socket by winning bidder. Local pickup only. Winning bidder must bring assistance to help move and load this item due to its weight and/or size. Item/s are located in the basement which has access up 2 flights of stairs which will be the easiest route (does involve a 90 degree turn between the flights of stairs)or alternatively out the backyard which involves a flight of stairs down leading to a side path which also has steps leading back up and the yard to the driveway.

- Add your email address and keep it anonymous to prevent spam.
- Copy & Paste the html code below into the Posting Description text box.
- Click Continue to add photos and publish your sale. You will receive a confirmation email from Craigslist to verify the sale. Activate your sale by clicking the link in your email and your done!
- Craigslist allows you to re-post your ad every 48 hours. Re-post any sooner and your ad may be subject to removal.
