This is a beautiful Empire mahogany table. It is made of solid mahogany top with flame veneers and pine underlayment. The top has a foliate carved center with a carved edge design. The top sits on a flame ogee skirt that also has similar trim. The column is a New York classical urn shaped pedestal that sits on a plinth that is supported by four lion paw feet. The center column has a crack. The casters have been replaced. It has normal wear and tear for an antique of this age. Overall, it is in excellent condition. The dimensions are: 30" tall by 34 1/4" wide by 35 1/4" deep.
