Nice solid wood mantel with an electric fireplace insert by Chimney Free. Piece appears to be easily disassembled for transport and come with paper assembly instructions. Lot also includes a remote, but it doesn’t appear to be working and it’s possible that it just needs a new battery. Fireplace turned on when plugged in. Full mantel measures 53” x 15.5” x 45.25”H. Top has a white scuff mark that appears to be paint. Winning bidder must bring assistance to help move and load this item due to its weight and/or size. Piece is located in a basement and will need to be taken up one flight of stairs. House has a walkout basement, but the walk is uphill (one side has old railroad tie steps) and uneven ground with trip hazards. Local pick up only.
