Stunning large heavy porcelain German vanity piece - porcelain lidded jar with bronze mounts and hundreds of porcelain flowers front the vanity of Mrs. John A. Squire of Palo Alto , CA c. 1920s . This gorgeous Elfin Ware ormolu jar has bed of tiny blue porcelain flowers with roses peeking through the meadow. Inside the jar is a sweet bouquet of lavender, yellow, pink, red, and blue flowers. The jar measures with the lid on with a diameter of 6" and weighs 3 pounds. Germany is embossed in ormolu and number 10 on top and bottom. . This item is in excellent glossy condition except for perhaps some tiny edge nicks. w
