IMPORTANT SALE NOTE: We will meet with buy out auction winner at the home Thursday April 30, 2020 to collect auction proceeds and to provide access to the house. Buyer is not expected to remove trash from home, but is expected to remove all salable items by May 4, 2020 at 6pm.
