1794 Flowing Hair Bust Copy coin I think. I see no Markings on the coin that give it a Value. This is a proof quality coin and I am no expert but I doubt it is anything else. I have never heard of a Proof coin that was minted in 1794. I would say it is worth maybe 20.00 the consigner states he paid 49.00 for it a few years ago.
