JAS P MARSH & Co. Gauge circa 1929-1942 and it was likely from a boiler system, used to measure the steam pressure in the container. This Gauge was manufactured for WS Patterson Company in Appleton, Wisconsin. Has holes on the metal border and could be hung as décor.
