This auction lot is for Vintage "Add a Bead" Necklaces. This is a pair of "Add a Bead" necklaces that were popular in the late 70's. We recall you could purchase and add as many beads as you wanted or could afford. If we remember correctly the chains were Gold Electroplated but the beads were 14K. The first necklace is a double chain, the one without beads is about 16-inches long and the one with beads is about 23-inches long. The single chain necklace is about 16-inches long with graduating size beads. There are no marks so there are no guarantees about any gold content. They are, however, still shiny and the beads are light weight. None-the-less, they are still very pretty and timeless.
